Twenty Stewart is a 9 storey, 59 unit building in a great location just south east of King & Bathurst. The building has an urban boutique style lobby and corridors. The exterior is composed of floor to ceiling glass and architectural brick. The suite’s flooring is either polished concrete or pre-finished engineered hardwood. The bathroom flooring will either be quality porcelain, slate or ceramic. Suites range from 500 square foot 1 bedrooms to 1282 square foot 2 bedrooms plus den.
